The bachelor thesis deals with process optimization in the company Czech Craft Beers a.s. Based on a detailed analysis, improvements are proposed. The main proposal is the relocation of warehouse space and the introduction of records of returnable packaging. The aim of the optimization proposal is to simplify the processes related to storage and subsequently reduce operating costs.

This bachelor thesis focuses on implementation of returnable packaging to supply chain of plastic material from czech suppliers in company MANN + HUMMEL (CZ) v.o.s. In the first part of the thesis theoretical aspects of packaging management in companies will be described. The next part analyses current situation in company MANN + HUMMEL (CZ) v.o.s. regarding purchased plastic components from czech suppliers packaging management (costs calculation). Following are suggestions regarding process improvement by implementing returnable packaging to purchased plastic components from czech suppliers supply chain and preliminary cost calculation in case the implementation is carried out.

The bachelor thesis is focused on the reverse logistics in company Tierra Verde. It specifies process of collection and the following loading of packaging. The thesis provides an analysis of how manufacture company focused on ecology deal with issues regarding trade with packaging. The aim of this thesis is to analyze the process of reverse logistics in company and to introduce improvements and suggestions for such process.

Zero waste aktivity na území města Brna

Bachelor's thesis with no zero waste activity in the city of Brno. The aim of this work is to introduce specific zero waste and the basic concepts of the view with the principles of zero waste. Within the theoretical parts, the literature limiting explanatory concept of zero waste and other basic concepts related to waste management and packaging are communicated. Partial application is intended for doubles. The first part consists of an analysis of non-packaging shops and projects with zero waste, workshops and festivals in the city of Brno. The second consists of interviews with the owners of three Brno unwrapped sales and their subsequent evaluation. From the search results, which are interested in zero waste in the city of Brno, new packaging is still growing and is still opening. Zero waste. Since 2017, seven unwrapped stores have been opened in the city of Brno. Zero waste of topics more than the awareness of the general public.

The analysis was carried out using communication with independent packaging-free stores throughout the Czech Republic and focused on the packaging (especially transport packaging) found in these stores.

The thesis is devoted to the legislation of packaging, packaging management and packaging waste management. The subject of research is the european legislation (mainly directive 94/62/EC on packaging and packaging waste and directive 2008/98/EC on waste) and Czech legislation based on the european directives (mainly Act No. 477/2001 Coll., on packaging and Act No. 185/2001 Coll., on waste). This legal problematics is undergoing a significant evolution. Higher targets regarding minimisation of packaging waste and more ecologically acceptable ways of managing packaging waste required by european directive amendments and other new conceptual documents (most importantly A new Circular Economy Action Plan) are going to be reflected in the Czech legislation by a new act on packaging, which is being a subject of a legislation process....
